BRANDING IS IMPORTANT.
why ?
"Your brand is more than your logo, name or slogan — it’s the entire experience your prospects and customers have with your company, product or service."
Conclusion: BRANDING IS IMPORTANT.
No doubt there were so much excitement and anticipation on our faces as we took off from our school and left for Bursa Malaysia. Us, guided by our teacher advisor, Pn Gohilah, travelled to the heart of the marketing world by LRT since we were eager to make it on time as we don't want to miss anything at all.
'Throughout this YE program, I have experienced many first times.' One of our members, Santra, commented with excitement as it was her first time stepping into a train.
Upon our arrival, we were welcomed by warm handshakes, smiles, and of course some refreshments. Not long after, our workshop started. We were provided with lots of advice on how to brand our products for the coming annual sale. I believe all the schools who participated now have a clear picture of their target market and how to convince them to buy their products. Convincing people is not just for the sake of convincing. You have to go deep. Feel the oppositions' needs and desires.
We also learnt about advertising. Of course, Ads are of utmost importance as what attracts the eye will soon attract the mind, and then the heart. We had the opportunity to create our very own poster for our product, to apply the concepts that we learnt into it, and then we had to present it.
Along with that, we would like to thank our hosts, TBWA, Bursa Malaysia and all the members of the organizing commitee! Once again, we were moulded and trained to be better entrepreneurs and business leaders of tomorrow!
